Summary :

The collection consists of nine looseleaf notebooks compiled by Frank M. Culver (1879-1955). The notebooks contain typed genealogies pedigree/ancestral charts, pages from printed genealogies, and typescripts concerning the immigrant ancestors of the compiler's parents, George M. Culver (1848-1929) and Ida. M. Robinson (1851-1924).

Biographical or historical data :

Frank M. Culver (May 29, 1879 - August 1, 1955) was born in Stowe, Vermont, to George M. and Ida M. (Robinson) Culver. He was educated at Stowe High School, St. Johnsbury Academy and Barbour's Business College. Frank M. Culver married Mabel S. Godfrey of Stowe on 3 Jun 1902. She died on 29 Oct 1937. On 19 Feb 1945, Frank married Mrs. Ethel (Miller) Pike, and they resided in Richmond, Vermont. He had no children by either marriage. He died at Richmond on 1 Aug 1955. He was a member of the Vermont Historical Society and the New England Historical and Genealogical Society of Boston.
