Accounts of medical services rendered and drugs sold by Dr. Matthew Pike Wallace in Cabot, Vt., 1838-1845. Also included are agricultural commodities sold and other services rendered such as providing room and board, serving writs, etc. At the end of the volume are accounts kept by Wallace as executor of Catharine Wallace's estate, 1844-1847.

Dr. Matthew Pike Wallace practiced medicine in Cabot, Vt., from 1843 until 1864. He served in town offices and represented Cabot in the legislature, 1863-1864.
