Deed of land between John H. Lydius of Albany, New York, and Samuel Law of Swansea, Massachusetts on March 10, 1762 for land in Durham (now Clarendon, Vermont). The indenture was signed and witnessed in Essex County, New Jersey before Judge John Odgen. At this time there was a warrant for the arrest of Lydius issued by New York for questionable land transactions.
