Biographical or historical data :	Marshall Mower was born on September 1, 1773 in Charlton, Massachusetts, the son of Jonathan and Elizabeth (Bemis) Mower. He married Charity Curtiss on July 1, 1790. Around 1802, the family moved to Greene, Maine and around 1814, to Calais, Vermont. Marshall Mower died January 19, 1831 in Calais, Vermont.
