The notebook was probably kept by L. Eunice Brigham, whose name is on the inside cover. She attended lectures by Drs. George H. Parmenter, C. Earl Hunt, William Lindsay, Edwin Colton, and Clarence E. Burr, probably at Heaton Hospital, given for nursing staff. The notes are very detailed.
