Biographical or historical data :

Philip Arsino of Swanton, Vt., enlisted in the 10th Vermont Regiment, Co. F, on July 21, 1862, at the rank of corporal. He was wounded June 3, 1864, at Cold Harbor, Va., and died one month later of those wounds, on July 3, 1864.
